Atlas Project - Act as a strategic consultant to support and develop training of the first phase of the Atlas program, be in the redesign of the transactional site Lowes.ca, be in the online sales management system and customer service support, based on our just enough, just in time model. This project will be initially implemented in all Lowe’s stores in Canada.
Artemis Project - Develop the training program, based on our Just enough, just in time approach, to support the deployment of the financial module of Microspoft 365 for Operation among 300 employees in 3 operations centers.
Cooper Project - Develop the training program supporting the implementation of a supply platform, affecting 165 banner change vendors located across Canada.
Rona Salesforce - Develop and disseminate the training program supporting the Salesforce implementation within the Pro Sales team.
MMS Rona - Adjust the training program based on our just enough, just in time model, and the change management supporting the implementation of the MMS system (cash-desk management, inventory management and supply management) in 90 stores in Quebec, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, impacting more than 10,000 users at all levels.
Build Environment Inspector Training Program - Act as a strategic manager to put in place 3 types of performance indicators to validate the relevance of a new online training program implemented in 19 boroughs of the city. The indicators were customized per sector in order to allow each person to learn at their own pace, depending on their organizational maturity.
Equinoxe Project - Develop the training program based on our Just enough, just in time approach to support the implementation of a new and highly automated dryer at their plant in Val d’Or.
C4C Project - Develop and execute the change management strategy to ensure the uptake of the customer relationship management tool SAP CFC by the sales team. Prepare and disseminate the training based on our just enough, just in time training.
OPM Project - Act as a strategic consultant in change management and training in order to improve the implementation of a new project and portfolio management system, modifying more than 35 business processes in 3 different locations and impacting more than 17,000 employees in 11 divisions.
Intact Billing Center - Act as a strategic consultant to support the training development of a new billing management system based on our just enough just in time model.
Intact Claim Center - Develop training program based on our Just enough just in time approach, supporting the implementation of a new management claims system impacting 2,600 employees at all levels and allocated in 21 locations in Canada.
Billing Center - Act as a strategic partner in change management and training in several projects part of the Multi-channel program: a new e-commerce platform (Hybris-Sterling), a customer relationship management system (Salesforce), a BI business intelligence self-service application (Cognos), and a project management platform (Powersteering). As part of these projects, we have managed the change and developed the training material based on our Just enough, in time approach.
CSeries Manufacturer Program - Act as a training strategic consultant for 5 SAP module implementations and associated systems, revising 150 business processes. Train 1,200 employees within 8 business areas in 5 locations.
